Since there are so many enemies, the MG36 is possibly the best weapon to have around. It's recommended you take along the MG36 with recoil stock and any other primary weapon you like.

As it is, all the maps in the core game can be easily finished with a Low Density setting on Realistic by one player operating with the A.I. Since you can clear the maps (and earn your checkmark) by clearing it with anyone online, splitscreen or alone (with or without a team), opt for the way that's the easiest. The achievement or entitlement for the game is to complete all the non-extra maps (meaning Comcast Event, Streets, and any downloadable map in the future won't count).
